A KSBJ veteran since 1991, Glenda is responsible for keeping KSBJ payments current for important matters such as utilities and staff payroll. Glenda is a big fan of dark chocolate, which is a great insight when early check requests are needed. She enjoys watching movies and spending time with her grandchildren, Jayden and Isabella. She has been married to her husband, Paul, for twenty years and is blessed with two beautiful daughters, Virginia and Faith.
  Iris Herbert
Technology Assistant

Iris is excited to be a part of the KSBJ family as our Technical Assistant, and as one of our techies, she assists with both technical and administrative duties in the maintenance and daily operations of the station. Prior to joining KSBJ, she worked 15 years in the IT field for a well-known organization in the Healthcare industry. Married to Anthony for 12 years, she and Anthony love to treat Hunter, their cat, as the “baby” of the family. When Iris is not reading, shopping, or dining at a new restaurant, she loves to spend time with her favorite people – family and friends. Often one will find her working with the Women’s Ministry at her church or praising on the worship team. She’s excited to be part of the KSBJ family imparting their love for Christ into the hearts of many listeners across the airwaves. Matthew 6:33 is her favorite scripture.
  Jennifer Marshall
Communications Coordinator

Jennifer grew up in New Jersey and came here from Pennsylvania when her husband, Scott, received the job of Worship Arts Pastor at Atascocita Community Church. A graduate of The College of New Jersey, she has degrees in Communications and Music Education. Jennifer has worked with Regis & Kathy Lee at WABC-TV in New York, and also with New Jersey Network Public Television. She has acted professionally, and has also been an Elementary School Music Teacher. Jennifer enjoys writing music, playing piano & singing with the worship team at church, and spending time with family and friends.
  Jim Beeler
Music Director

Jim has been a believer since 1970 and in radio since 1973. He came to KSBJ as Music Director in 2001, and is responsible for our relationship with the artists and record companies, scheduling the music for the DJ’s, filling in "on the air" when DJ’s go on vacation, conducting music research and answering music questions for listeners. He and Heidi have been married 30 years; have three grown children and one grandson. Jim is an avid golfer, but admits, "No one has called me to play on the pro tour, yet."
  Joe Faul
Facilities Specialist

Joe is KSBJ’s go-to guy and has maintained our facilities for the past 10 years. Married to his lovely wife, Sondra, together they have two incredible boys, Joseph (17) and Timothy (13). He enjoys astronomy, christian drama, and watching science fiction movies.
  Jon Hull
Sr. Director of Programming

In addition to leading the vision and direction for our programming department, KSBJ resident radio guru Jon Hull, spearheads mentoring programs for the station. Jon and his wife Karen have been married more than 29 years and have two wonderful daughters, a spectacular son-in-law, and two precious granddaughters. They also have two dogs of dubious character. Jon enjoys cooking, gardening, and playing hand percussion, the kind of thing you shake or hit, rather than play with a stick.
  Kathy McClanahan

Kathy serves as Executive Administrative Assistant to the President of KSBJ and Office Manager. She has been married to her husband for 26 years and is a mother of 3 awesome kids and grandmom to 3 precious grandbabies. Her Yorkie-“Lucky” has assumed the role of spoiled child in the home. Kathy loves to spend time with her family, work in the yard, sing in the choir, volunteer in the community and shop for antiques. She says, "God has blessed me beyond measure by allowing me to commit my life’s work as a wife and mother as well as serving in his Church and at KSBJ."
  Kim Kossie

Her involvement in missions and mentoring through KSBJ has taken her to South and Central America, Europe and Africa. Her passions include: family, mentoring youth, traveling, motivational/inspirational speaking and journaling. She has served faithfully as the Youth Pastor in her father's inner-city church for the past 10 years and endeavors to live her life according to Matthew 5:16, "Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good work and glorify your Father which is in heaven."
  LaRanda Burke
Accounting Director

LaRanda leads the accounting team in ensuring that we are good and faithful stewards of the monetary gifts that God blesses us with through our very generous and faithful donors. LaRanda feels blessed that God answered her prayers for a loving husband 11 years ago by sending her the incredibly wonderful Mr. Chris Burke (not the former Astros player). They have two amazing kids, Aaron and Chloe. LaRanda is an East Texas gal who enjoys cooking southern style, craft projects, and playing Wii with her family. She also serves in several areas of her church, but her personal ministry is helping others find financial peace.
