Western Regional Manager and Youth Format Promotions Manager
Serves as a member of the Communications team and reports to both the Senior Director of Communications and the KSBJ Promotions Manager. Responsible for creating and managing all KSBJ Youth Format and community outreach initiatives and promotions throughout the Greater Houston area and KSBJ Western Region broadcast footprint. In addition, the Western Region Communications Manager & Youth Format Promotions Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential donors, promotion vendors and sponsors.
Serves as a member of the Communications team and reports directly to the Senior Promotions Manager. This position is responsible for identifying, creating and managing all KSBJ community outreach initiatives and promotions, establishing and maintaining relationships with potential donors, promotion vendors and sponsors, recruiting and cultivating volunteers, and informing Technology Department on any site-related issues throughout the KSBJ Southern broadcast region.
Serves as a member of the Communications team and reports directly to the Senior Director of Communications. The digital strategist provides both digital strategy and direction in identifying, analyzing and leveraging web and user data to understand behavioral patterns to enhance the experience of the KSBJ and KSBJ HD2 community.
Serve as member of the Programming department and reports directly to the HD-2 Program Director. This person is responsible for sustaining a well organized, high quality digital radio production department. Additionally, they will maintain technical, creative, and spiritual quality control of all HD-2 production/imaging
Serves as member of the Programming department and reports directly to the Senior Director of Programming. This person insures that all HD-2 on-air communication is consistent with KSBJ mission and vision. The HD-2 Program Director is therefore responsible for every aspect of how the HD-2 product sounds including all music, promotions, imaging, production, service elements, audience interaction, and talk content. The HD-2 PD will also coordinate with KSBJ’s Communications Department and HD Digital Strategist to insure that the product is meeting the needs of the online, Wi-Fi, terrestrial, and HD listening/social communities. The HD-2 PD is also responsible for designing, analyzing and implementing all research projects as well as formulating strategies for attracting, keeping, and increasing the KSBJ HD-2 audience.
Serve as a member of the Human Resources Department and reports directly to the Human Resources Director. Responsible for the recruiting, training and recognition
for volunteers of the KSBJ Volunteer Program.
Responsible for working a live, in-studio air shift between 4-6 hours in length either Saturday or Sunday. Qualifications include 1 year of on air experience, working knowledge of Scott Studios SS32, VoxPro, and Adobe Audition preferred. Please send a resume and demo (3meg max).
